This policy says what AnyReplay may and may not be used for. It is part of our terms of service, applies to everyone in an organisation that uses AnyReplay, and covers the AI features in particular: on-demand translation of recordings, and Argus, which writes session summaries, project analyses and fix checks.
The AI features exist to help a team understand how people use its own website or app: to read a recording made in another language, and to find where visitors run into trouble. They work only on recordings from sites and apps you have installed AnyReplay on. They produce text, never images, audio or video, and nobody types a free-form prompt into them: what they are given is the recording, and what they return is a translation or an analysis of it.
You may not use AnyReplay, or any of its AI features, to:
Argus is instructed never to write sexual, explicit, graphic or hateful content, even when a recorded page contains it, and to describe such a page only in general terms. Translation renders the text that was on the page; that is why the AI features may not be used on explicit sites at all.
You may not use AnyReplay or its AI features to:
Translation and Argus run only when someone in your team asks for them, and an owner or admin can turn both off for the whole organisation under Settings. When they are off, nothing is sent to the AI provider. Which provider that is, and what it receives, is on the sub-processor list.
We may turn off the AI features for an organisation, suspend it, or close it, depending on how serious the breach is, and we will tell the owners why unless the law prevents us. Breaking this policy is a breach of the terms of service.
To report misuse of AnyReplay, or AI output that breaks this policy, write to [email protected] with the organisation or the link involved. We reply within three working days.
We will tell account owners by email before this policy changes in a way that matters.
