No. Free is a plan, not a countdown: 500 sessions a month, 14 days of history and 5 seats, for as long as you use it. No card is asked for.

In the AnyReplay app for iPhone and Android. Sign in with the account you use here, open Settings → Plan & billing and choose a plan; the App Store or Google Play takes the payment. The plan applies to your whole organisation straight away, web dashboard included. Paid plans are sold only in the app, so this website has no checkout.

One visitor’s continuous recording in one project. Sampling is decided once per visitor and is deterministic, so you can set a sample rate and stay inside your monthly volume predictably.

A thousand ten-second sessions and a thousand half-hour sessions are the same number on one meter and two different businesses on the other. Hours are set at half an hour per session on every plan, so they only ever catch the recordings that are genuinely long.

New recordings pause for the rest of the calendar month and resume when it rolls over. You hear about it at 50, 75 and 90 % first, so the pause is never the first you know of it.

Yes — 20 % off Pro and Team, which is more than two months free. The plans above show the yearly rate by default; the toggle switches them to monthly. Business is billed monthly only.

No. You pay for recording volume, never per person — each plan simply comes with a number of seats: 5 on Free, 10 on Pro, 25 on Team, and no limit on Business. Within that, invite the designer, the support lead and the engineer who has to fix it.

No. Every plan includes a number of translated sessions a month. Translated strings are cached per organisation by content hash, so the same string is translated once across every project, not once per replay.

The ingest service is a separate deployable behind an origin allow-list, and the mobile and web SDKs accept a custom ingest URL. Self-hosted ingest is available on Enterprise.

Yes, whenever you like and without writing to anyone: in the subscription settings of your App Store or Google Play account, or from Settings → Plan & billing in the app. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the organisation moves to Free — and the switch itself deletes nothing.

Not for Pro, Team or Business: they are sold only in the app, where the App Store or Google Play handles the payment, the receipt and the local tax. Enterprise is the exception — it is agreed in writing and invoiced, so talk to us through the contact page.
