Who we are
AnyReplay is built and run by Baem Tech, a sole proprietorship in Türkiye owned by its founder, Batuhan Çam. He writes the code, runs the servers, answers support and reads every message sent through the dashboard.
AnyReplay exists for a plain problem: watching a recording of a customer struggling on a page in a language you cannot read tells you almost nothing. AnyReplay records sessions as text and structure so they can be translated, on the web and in mobile apps.
What a one-person vendor means for you
The risk is real: if one person is ill or stops, a small vendor slows down or stops with them. Here is what we have done so that your data does not depend on that person being available:
- Your data is on established providers in the EU — servers in Germany, recordings in EU object storage — not on a machine in someone’s office. The list is on the sub-processor page.
- The database is backed up every night, encrypted, and a backup is restored and checked every week. See security.
- You can take everything out at any time: an owner downloads the organisation’s whole archive, recordings included, from Settings → Export your data. See exporting your data.
- The recorder SDKs are open source under the MIT licence; what runs on your site does not disappear with us.
- The rules are written down: a data processing agreement, a security page that says what is not done yet, and a changelog of every release.
If AnyReplay ever shuts down
We do not plan to. But you are trusting us with your customers’ data, so this is what we promise if it happens:
- 90 days’ notice. Every organisation owner is emailed at least 90 days before the service stops, and the date is shown in the dashboard.
- Export keeps working. Recording, the dashboard and the data export stay available for the whole notice period, so you can take a full archive of your recordings and data.
- No charges for time we will not deliver. Renewals stop when the notice goes out. Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play are cancelled there, and refunds follow the store’s process.
- Then deletion. Within 30 days after the service stops, every organisation’s recordings, projects, accounts and backups are deleted, and owners are emailed when it is done.
- A sale does not change this. If AnyReplay is sold, the buyer keeps these promises, or we follow the steps above before handing anything over.
